Week 23: We Don’t Win Every Day – We Show Up Every Day
While the poker grind has been light-ish this week, the creator side of #allineverywhere has been buzzing behind the scenes. Not with glamorous sponsorships or viral Vegas wins (yet), but with a deep dive into what it really means to build genuine and robust media projects. Showing up matters.
In an effort to contribute to giving a real look at daily poker life, both at the tables and in the media industry, we’ve been part of the release of NMA labs’ ‘The Creator Mirage’ post, a sharp take (A rant? no…) on the illusion of online success when you have a small audience these days. Spoiler alert: if you think the hustle ends after hitting 1K followers, you will not enjoy the read. The piece blends creator frustrations with the poker mindset: patience, long games, and reading through the noise.
A follow-up piece is already in the works: sort of ‘The Brutally Honest Creator Files’ are coming, a spicy Q&A with Alexandre Rotenberg, who’s spent over a decade in microstock photography. We’re talking algorithms, burnout, and staying real in a filtered world.
Oh, yes…the poker itself? Yes, we do still play cards. Business as usual. Online gig-work volume style mostly when it comes to Damiano. Michelle is in the middle of the Vegas poker summer storm and Alex lets the live poker action come to him this week in Estoril but he’s getting ready for a Portugal summer poker tour.

We’re not turning our back to Vegas in the trip section. Somebody is just doing it better every summer so we usually remove our previews in May and leave the stage of the poker summer listings for Sin City to ‘SUMMER IN VEGAS’.
